Online escrow for buyers and sellers
Online deals, minus the risk.
Guaranza holds the buyer's payment in escrow and releases it to the seller only after the buyer confirms everything is as agreed. Every deal runs in a private deal room with a personal escrow agent — chat, payment, delivery and confirmation, all in one place.
Money held in escrow
Payments wait in a dedicated escrow account, kept separate from our operating funds, until the deal is done.
Personal escrow agent
A Guaranza agent joins every deal chat, sends payment details privately and confirms each step.
Fair disputes
If something goes wrong, a neutral team reviews the evidence from both sides.
6 languages
Interface and support in English, Español, Deutsch, Français, Italiano and हिन्दी.
How a deal works
Five clear steps. You always know where your money is and whose turn it is.
- 1
Agree on terms
Buyer and seller agree on the item, price and inspection period. A private deal chat opens with your personal escrow agent.
- 2
Buyer pays into escrow
The escrow agent sends payment details privately to the buyer — only the buyer can see them. The buyer pays.
- 3
Agent confirms payment
The agent confirms the funds have arrived. The seller sees “Funds secured” — now it's their turn.
- 4
Seller delivers, buyer checks
The seller hands over the goods or access; the buyer inspects everything within the agreed period and confirms.
- 5
Seller gets paid
The agent releases the funds to the seller's payout details. Deal done — safely.

Common questions
What is escrow?
Escrow is an arrangement in which a neutral third party holds the payment for a deal until both sides have done what they promised. With Guaranza, the buyer's money is kept safe until the buyer confirms the delivery.
Who can use Guaranza?
Individuals aged 18 or over and businesses, for legal goods and services. Up to a total volume of USD 25,000 you can trade without identity verification; above it, verification is required. One account per person — multiple accounts are not allowed.
Do both parties need an account?
Yes. The party who starts the deal invites the other by email; they create a free account to review and accept the terms.
